Job Description
Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new broker relationships through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.

Partner with brokers to understand their client needs and tailor non-QM loan solutions accordingly.

Guide brokers through our streamlined non-QM mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Collaborate with internal teams (processing, underwriting, closing) to ensure seamless loan delivery.

Work with marketing dept. to outreach to prospective broker partners.

Utilize our CRM (Hubspot) to effectively track leads, manage broker communication, and maintain client accounts.

Stay up-to-date on non-QM industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to brokers.
Required Skills:

Proven success in mortgage sales or a related financial services industry.

Strong understanding of mortgage financing, specifically non-QM mortgage products and guidelines (preferred).

Excellent communication skills to build rapport with brokers.

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot experience a plus).

Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze market trends and tailor sales strategies.

Comfortable with various lead generation techniques, including warm calling.
