Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent mortgage processing experience required

  • Experience working with LOS (Encompass)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office automated underwriting systems

  • Should posses basic computer skills and be able to maintain complete confidentiality

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time management

  • Continuous focus on the customer experience

  • Basic knowledge of Non-QM, DSCR-Business Purpose

  • Ability to adhere to established turn times, productivity and quality metrics

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear, consistent, & prompt communication and support between the Broker and the various departments and individuals of the company throughout the process of the loan, includes but not limited to Account Executive(s), Underwriting, Quality Control, Docs and Funding

  • Manage assigned pipeline to ensure timely action, moving loans through the pipeline efficiently, ensuring adherence to company lending and service standards

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills, establish a professional relationship and good rapport with all parties related to the loan transaction and impeccable follow up skills to take each file from pre-approval to closing

  • Is responsible for obtaining all the paperwork and forms required for the loan

  • Order Insurance, Appraisals, Loan Payoffs, Flood and Tax Certificates, Credit Supplements, Transcripts, SSA Verifications, Title Documentations and thoroughly review all documents before submitting to the underwriter

  • Review loan related documents for accuracy within a time frame established by management

  • Coordinate loan closings with Closing Agent

  • Perform other duties as assigned
